Almost perfect convertible tote/backack.
This is an almost perfect tote/backpack.
Pros:
* A range of attractive colors
* Hangs well against the body both in tote mode and backpack mode.
* Correctly-sized organizational pockets for smart phones, pens and wallets
* Main compartment is sized large enough to hold a shawl or small sweater.
* Backpocket is sized perfectly to hold small-medium guidebooks such as Lonely Planet or Fodor's.
Cons:
* Outside organizational pockets are not zippered and phones can slip/fall out during donning and doffing of the bag or when the tote is horizontal (on a table for example).
* Outside side pocket is too shallow to hold a water bottle securely but is ok for tissues or a bandanna.
* Main compartment is not zippered which would add to the security of this bag.
* Included coordinating strap is too short for wearing this bag over a winter coat or for the broad-shouldered.
