Great Product!
I purchased the Snugpak Jungle hammock for use on the Appalachian trail and I'm extremely impressed.
First time set up was less than 10 mins. Quality was great and it includes everything needed for set up, although the para cord to hold up the bug net was a bit too short. Zippers were great and worked flawlessly, although not mentioned in the product review it can be flipped over to use without the bug net, and it's quite spacious inside. I'm over 6' tall and around 185 lbs and I have plenty of room inside. It does not come with a rain tarp, but the Guide Gear 8.5x8.5' Tarp works great. The Snugpak mosquito hammock is a great product at an affordable price, its not a Clark jungle hammock or a Hennessy but its still a great quality hammock! Beats carrying a bulky tent any day.

Jungle Hammock
The hammock setup is very easy and can be done by one person with no issues. Once the hammock is setup it is comfortable and the netting will keep the bugs out. It is also very strong and I would be confident that it would hold the 400lbs as advertised. The material is very thin and great for backpacking: however, I was concerned about mosquitoes being able to bit thought it so I treated mine with bug repellent. The hammock does have a few issues. #1 the zippers do not have stops on the ends and can be unzipped completely (my son did it one time) I sewed stops in place and solved that issue. #2 the ropes that hold the netting in place are kind of difficult to set up.
Bottom line I would recommend this hammock.
wow a hammock for a fat guy!
Let me just start with I was a little unsure about this thing it is super thin and light two things I am not at six foot four inches 325lb. I have to say while I wouldn't bounce around in it I do feel safe as a person just picking up hiking as a pass time to get in better shape I have to ask how I missed this my whole life way better then a tent super easy to setup and so much more comfortable I do live in Florida so as for colder climates I don't know if this would work but as for here oh yes!
