Nice size for my 10 year old, with a little room to grow
At 37 degrees, it wasn't really warm enough and that was with a sleeping pad and a fleece blanket over the top. I would call this a late spring to early fall bag, but not warm enough for winter. We have gotten a lot of use out of this bag, it is made well, Zipper can be a bit sticky, but that seemed to improve with rubbing a little ivory soap on it. For the price, its a good deal, but if I needed to use it for winter camping, I would be looking at a sub 0 degree bag in another brand.
Also if you plan to use this for backpacking, it doesn't pack down very small. My adult poly bag actually packs smaller than this one. Rolling it is useless, just grab it and stuff it into its little bag and it is very easy.
This bag could be improved by a little loftier and lighter fill material, other than that it is useful and my son likes it.
