stoeger m2000 vent rib rail mount
I ordered this mount so I could put a scope on a stoeger turkey 12ga. I was apprehensive about it because of the lack of description in the listing. When it arrived I was very pleased to see it was in fact a cantilever not a saddle mount. It fits very well on my stoeger m2000 and I believe it will work on any vent ribbed barrel. Be sure to tighten things snug at first. Then check it's position before you tighten the top screws all the way. you will tighten in this order = SNUG top screws , SNUG recoil or side screws , Tighten side screws when oriented properly , Tighten top screws and begin mounting accessories.
Positioning the rail is done by tightening the screws in an alternate pattern checking the position each time you tighten. You will see which way it needs to slide and then tighten the opposite side screw. You will be tickled with your out come, I am.
