TAURUS 454 SCOPE MOUNT
taurus does not list a scope mount for the raging judge magnum. on a web site someone said the mount for the raging bull 454 61/2 barrel fit the raging judge , they were correct ,fits perfect. Amazon had the best price i could find some places list a cheaper price but rip you off on shipping!! installation was easy just take your time put blue threadlocker on the screws and start the screws, watch the gap on each side of the mount keep the gaps even as you thighten get each screw snug then stop!! now slightly tight them. these are small screws ,dont see how strong you are on the small screws. let the threadlocker do the work. if a screw gets loose later on you can tight it. but if you strippes them out over tighting them you got big problems. note- the product i used on threads is permatex threadlocker blue.

Product itself it perfect BUT !
The screws supplied with the mount SUCK ! You have to be afraid to tighten them too much ( But not what I would call too much ) One of the screws that were 3MIL broke as i was installing them. so I had to go to a hardware store and could not find 3 mil screws so I had to re tap the two holes for 6-32 stainless screws which seem to be fine I have not yet shot the pistol, but stainless 6-32 seems like the way to go
great scope
Bought it for my 44 mag pistol. have long arms so image is a little small.
it is good but would be gret on a rifle.
recommend it
